MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 1, 2016 – Palma Ceia SemiDesign (“PCS”), a provider of analog and RF IP for next-generation WiFi and mobile communications, today announced that Shai Cohen and Yusuf Haque have joined its Advisory Board.

Before announcing his retirement in April 2015, Cohen co-founded Mellanox Technologies and served as the company’s chief operating officer. In that role he oversaw all internal operations, the production of Mellanox’s industry-leading suite of InfiniBand and Ethernet hardware and software solutions, and co-led the company’s research and development. Mr. Cohen also worked at Intel Corporation, where he was a senior staff member in the Pentium processors department and a circuit design manager at the cache controllers group.
As Managing Director and General Manager of Maxim Integrated Products Data Converter Business Unit, Dr. Yusuf Haque helped establish Maxim as a leading supplier of high-performance Data Converter solutions and achieve No. 3 market share position. He has also served as CEO of several startup companies and recently cofounded eXo Systems to democratize medical imaging.
